To everyone that signed up, showed up, and made a shotgun-start morning into an afternoon nobody wanted to end — thank you. Whether you were chasing a low score or just an excuse to get out of the shop for a day, you're the reason this outing is worth running every year.
A day like this runs on people most golfers never think to thank. Two crews in particular made this one look easy.
From coordinating sponsors, to setting up registration at dawn and working a special game, or doing “celebration shots” — our own team put in the miles on this one. The crew that keeps trucks on the road kept this outing running on schedule — thank you for the early mornings and the extra hands all day long.
To the grounds crew, pro shop, and clubhouse staff at The Creek — the course was in incredible shape and every group moved through without a hitch. That doesn't happen by accident. Thank you for hosting us and taking care of every last detail.
